I took a car from gurgaon cross point mall on Tuesday 26th 2016 booking number(JPS6VHT95) @ 8:00PM. I have paid 8800 rupees in advance, after 250 KM I was on the highway and car got stopped because it was not taking asscleter, I called zoom customer care and told about the problem they said just give me 15 min, we will tow the car and arrange the other car but I didnt got any call, then again I called them after 30Min again they said sorry for inconvenience, with in 5 min you will get call, after 30 min I got call from sachin and he said there is no cab available near by you book any cab yourself, and handover the key to ford people, I said I am with my family my baby is just 1 year old and my mother is with me and I have 2 bags, you guys are not able to book cab for me then how ill book because iam 250 km far from my location, the he replied, sorry we are unable to book another cab,
car was stopped 3.30 PM and I have waited on that highway for 4 hours, after that I took local taxi and they have charged me 3800 from there, I reached my home at 3.40AM in the morning, even when I waked in the morning I saw my baby is suffering from fever 102 degree, just because we have waited on that highway for full noon in 40* tem

and spoiled my full trip,
I have not paid that much of amount for struggle,
