I think, zoomcar a great concept.
my friend used this service almost more than 10 times.one word amazing. Well there is one issue regarding tablet, which zoom is not providing now, and overspeeding charge which was raise from 500 to 750. Otherwise everything is fantastic.
Booking was smooth and straight forward, vehicles were clean and ready on time and the refund of deposit was on time as explained on their website
All the rules and conditions are clearly mention and explained in detail on the website, in fact it is very simple - Small or big damage - your deposit is forfeited, which I think is fair. The deposit is Rs.5000. If you have owned any car before, you can understand that any body repair work(small or big) costs this much minimum(on average).
they try to explain the policy very clearly and not pinch you oooouuuuch when it comes to use the actual service.
