Hey guys,
recently I went to Punjab with a car hired from zoom car it was red swift and they gave me the car doing some necessary paperwork.

as I got the car firstly I recorded a video of the car to see that there are no damage on the car.i recorded the video to ensure if there was a previously some dent that I may be. I finally found one near the left back Tyre it was a recognizable dent a big one that you can even see from a mile.
so after recording the video I took the car on drive then I completed my whole tour, the tour was quite good and then after 4 days I reached home and filed an request to give the car back.
the driver came to take the car to the hub as he came he took the key from me and ensured that there was no damage on the car and then told me that it’s ok and I am taking back the car.
this all was the good part now begins the worst part of all.
as the driver reached the hub he send me a pic of the dent at the back side and then asked me to pay 5000 more.
I refused the driver and said that the dent was on it previously. it was not my fault.
he said I don’t know anything just talk to the zoom car and give us our money.
then I wrote some mails explaining the situation.they also don’t listen to me and send me a legal notice.
but as I had the proof so that helped me a lot at last I sended them the video that this dent was previously marked then they refunded me my money and also I requested them to take a strict action against the driver.
so oveall I like the service of the zoom car but be attentive always
