These are frauds

I have several issues with my previous trip that lead to utter frustration in taking the worst services like Zoomcar.


The car was received in a very bad condition


It was all cluttered with mud everywhere, inside was filled with empty liquor bottles, smoke stuff and garbage, outside the tail lights, front and rear bumper was broken, it was not at all in a proper condition to even take for a drive.


That also happened with us that your local representative was not available on site and he told the customer care representative that he cannot help.


Again as we already planned for our trip and CC desk was not able to help, we had to take that muddy car for the drive.


We were again surprised to see that even the brakes of the car were also broken and there was a lot of noise when we were trying to apply the brakes. We again surprise to hear from CC desk that they cannot help in this case too as the local partner is virtual.


The car was found empty so we had to refuel it. We submitted the fuel bill which is not yet reimbursed.


We tried to complete the trip and surprise to see that your app was not working. The CC desk helped to lock the car.


I am deeply frustrated with such service and sending this email copy to Consumer Forum for such bad tactics on how you people are showing and what is the reality.
