I have booked a 6 seater (Xl-6) for 16th to 18th May25 for a family trip from Bangalore to Shakleshpur. I have booked it 2 months prior to the actual journey. Just before the day of the journey, the car owner called me and said the car has made an accident and he will not be able to provide the car. He has cancelled the Booking and till today I have not received the refund. Though the app shows refund is successful. There is no proper zoom car Customer care and no complaint box available to talk on this. They have the pathetic service and clue less customer care which is mostly auto generated. Attached is the reference of my booking and refund status, which shows completed without refunding.
