I am having worst ever experience of support for customer service. Zoom Cars
They are frustrating me for refunds like any thing.Story starts with my booking completion: As Nobody from Zoom Cars Team had courtesy to look into it.
Nobody was available to take the custody of the car at the time of Booking Completion
They have charged me for Rules Violation. After repeated explanation and calls to customer support finally they agreed that it was their mistake.
They have started the process which still in infinite loop of taking Bank Details and Sending the various hopeless mails regarding the status of the Refund.
My Case ID is: 108128 for the authenticity of the mail. I am OK if they BLACK LIST ME.
All Team is Bloody Crap.Thinking that We have all the Time in the World to answers the Questions.HOPELESS FELLOWS.
I am Running Out of Patience.I Might lodge a Consumer Forum Complaint Soon.
