Let me tell you how Zoom cars cheats its customers . If you have planned to take your family out and thinking of booking a Zoom car. Please read my post before planning. I booked a Figo on 4th. Tried uploading My Driving licence, but the system did not work.
I called up the customer care and I was told that they are having some system related issues so I can send across the Scan copy of the licence via mail at support@zoomcars.com. I did as I was told. I again got a message that I need to upload the licence by 6:45 Pm. I called Customer care again, and the executive smartly told me that I need not worry, they have received my DL and they will upload it from the back end. Today when I went to take my booked car, they say that my booking has been auto cancelled and the vehicle has been given to some one else.
When I asked why the booking got cancelled, the customer care mAnasultanger says because I did not upload my licence. I told then that I have already sent the same via mail. He said sorry he cant help me, because he has too many customers to deal with. My money has not been refunded till now. Spent 200 Rs to reach to the pick up point, and the embarrassment before the family came free.
