I booked a Ford figo in Bangalore, we planned a 2 day trip to ooty. I took the home delivery option and the time for home delivery was 1 am. Their driver called me 1 hr before and car was delivered on time.that is 1 in the night. The car was in good condition, it had some scratches but the driver made a note of them in the form .
The car worked fine and during the trip the car got some additional scratches and a dent also. We were scared that now they will charge heftily for this but they don’t charge a single penny for this.
Their driver came to pick up the car at the right time and I was waiting for the refund anxiously bcz of the dent and scratches.
But to my surprise, they didn’t charge a single penny for the damage or the cleaning charges .
Full security deposit was refunded plus additional amount for the fuel which I filled up during the trip was refunded.
