I have uninstalled the APP. moving to offline car-rentals.
1) Car with full of dent, fully dirty interiors.
2) They provide less clarity about their process.
3) Less humane - They charge fine, in case you reach 10 mins late, need to more practical about traffics and Indian roads.
4) Few documents out-dated, like Authorization certificate outdated - car number(KA03AB6811)
5) Refund is not proper: Whole process is wrong should have given me fuel fully-filled car. If not please reimburse the amount of fuel spend in time. Or else don’t count the fuel charges, in your tariffs. They told me, when I called, that it will processed lately by another department.
6) Negative for drivers who smokes.
