Although the car delivery and receipt of car they are punctual but refund is being delayed by one month. I did not get the citrus account or Bank account transfer even after repeated calls and mails to zoomcar at refunds.bangalore@zoomcar.com.
Later they asked to send mail to support@zoomcar.com. They are very bad at responses and don’t keep up to promises or calling back, reply mails etc.
Refund is still not made and I am very much disturbed due to this. I will never again take zoomcar again or recommend for anyone.
