I want to raise serious concern here for the service provided by zoomcar.Its kind of cheating to me, I had booked ciaz car from zoom car on 29th august for a day and accordingly I had return on specified destination prior to time.
Booking num. JPS6VC1J0 I had word with agent there that I will be getting my deposit with in a week but now its been more then a month but I haven’t received my amount back.
I had followed up as well 4 days before they said the will be refunding in 48 hrs but still no progress. I raised this issue again today I had word with agent Mr.Karthik as per him.
He will be raising it on higher priority and will be sending me confirmation complaint number and asap call back but no progress again then I have to call third time and I had word with another agent whom My uday kumar singh from whom I got complaint number atleast but no refund.On the site I can see status has changed on 30th august itself to refunded but no actual amount got refunded I have checked with my bank as well.
I am seriously disappointed with this kind of service zoom car is providing. It will consider to be serious matter of cheating customer
