There Customercare number never works.
There app is a crap- when it comes to needs
Customercare line doesn’t work- emails are never responded to.(over 15 email shared)
Even during accidents and you need assistance and are reaching out of emaergency, it won’t get connected.
Recently they started taking deposition for booking
Ex. if the cost is 600 for driving. additionally 3000 is security deposit. Total 3600 to be paid. Here is the worst part. They haven’t refunded the deposit yet. It’s been two weeks since the service has been availed and closed and basis’policies’ it hasn’t happened.
Convenintly, their customercare numbers and emails are blocked or ignored or doesn’t get connected. Worst in case it get connected for accidents, keeps asking yu to enter the cars number again and again saying it’s incorrect.
Yeah right( During an accident I am crazy enough to enter a 40digit number incorrectly 15+ times?)
