I wanted to go out for the long weekend during the first week of may. Since I knew that the demand will be very high, I booked a zoom car more than 10 days in advance.
On the day when I was supposed to pick up the car, I called the customer care who gave me the number of the executive of the place from where I was supposed to collect the car, the executive told me to come after 1 hour to collect the car.
When I went to collect the car, the executive told me, "Your booking has been cancelled." so I asked him "Why has my booking been cancelled." to which he replied, "I dont know that, call customer care and ask them."
I called customer care and they said the car which I was supposed to get has met an accident, so the booking has been cancelled. I said okay, please give me my refund. I was told I will get my refund within 15 working days. I asked the senior executive to transfer my call to a senior personal in the organisation, I was told that he is busy he will call back.
I got a call back, and I was told I will get my refund in 24 hours, and I will also get a voucher of Rs 1000 zoom car credits. I have not received anything till date.
I have not got any refund nor the voucher. I had to cancel my trip because of ZoomcarIndia. I incurred a loss for the hotel I had booked. It was the first time I tried zoom car, and I guess it was the last time because, "The first expression lasts forever."
