Hired a cab from them for a vacation trip from Bangalore to Madurai, I opted for hatch back car(figo).I don’t have any complaints on car mechanism or on its features, they accept all kind of credit cards which is impressive with good customer service, they’ve door delivery too but I opted for pick up service just to check their vehicle before to my drive but dn’t find any issue with the figo. on the other side, treat their vehicle more than yours, becoz they’ll loot your money even for a small scratch and don’t be late while returning them.
