My experience started with a dented & stinky SUV, which we had to go and replace late night & had to settle for a lesser worse car.
Wobbly car seat, unclean mats & seats, extremely dirty exterior of the replaced car were a few features to name a few.
Horrible management of the fleet by call center team.
Overall can’t recommend & will never go again with them.
