I was not having my original DL with me and therefore I uploaded a duplicate.(My bad). But they agreed for the same DL on my previous trips. So I didn’t think of anything and just booked.
When they rejected the DL this time, they sent me a notification at 5 in the morning and asked me to re upload that by 5:30. And by 6:30ish I’m getting another notification saying your booking has been cancelled. And the 20K that I uploaded will take 5 to 15 days to be refunded.
Seriously! WTF?!
