I am a regular customer of zoomin.
I have made 15 books n few poster n cups but the site is very slow n there is a server problem many times server is pathetic.
Hopeless, very slow site due to this server prob the written text in my book was not visible and while creating i have made the book perfect n while ordering server was very busy. After taking long time my book got ordered n after 3 hrs i watched my book n i found text was half written and had missing text.
This site ruined my gift n i have called on their no 02243681555 since 3 days but no 1 is picking the call. They have a very poor customer service. No call back not even the thought of solving my problem! They are frauds. They have just money making scheme. They never think of their customer.
