I had ordered a lowepro dslr video fastpack 250 AW and instead they delivered me a lowepro fastpack 250. both are totally different bags, but the one I got is much cheaper in price than the one I ordered. Tried calling the customer care more than a 100 times but their phones are always busy.
Sent them an email but no response. I dont understand how can a professional firm claiming to be one the hotspots for online shopping can make such a basic mistake.
Looking at the reviews here I am not even sure if I am going to get a replacement or my money back. Fingers crossed and praying to god, but definitely wont recommend the website to anyone
After a week long haggling, I have been able to get my hands on the correct product. Surprisingly, zoomin desk was much more cooperative once matter taken seriously with them, though for 1 whole day i.e. Friday I kept on calling and mailing them asking about the bag.
The response was received only minutes before close of business. But the fact that they corrected their mistake, id want to improve their rating here, which I am doing....
