I had ordered a coffee mug on site few days back. Now when I got the product shipped, I found some dark spots on the picture printed on the cup. This spoils the entire grace of that product. I have mailed their helpdesk but got no reply till now.
So, beware of this site. This is not at all a site to get good quality products.
The main motive is that they even after knowing that its a defective product and not properly printed, they sent it.
