I ordered a photobook from Zoomin.com last week when they were having the 50% off promotion. My book was a "11X8 Printed Hard Cover" with about 30 pages in it(the standard is 20 pages).
My rating of the entire experience is as below:

The online software is good for beginers, with features like picture auto-fill & multiple type of templates it makes it even easier to design your photobook in less than 1 hour. However Zoomin does not provide any option to upload your own style of book in PDF format which I would have preferred as an option.
Now this is not a deal breaker since I was still able to design my book online. But kwel, if it would have been there, I would have given it full maks.
Feature: Order Page/Billing Management:

Fast, simple and well descriptive. I was able to enter my billing and shipping information in less than 3 minutes and that the total time it took me to place the order, which is quite good. They ask for all the information on one single page, which makes it fast and efficient.
Almost all the different types of payment options were available(I used Credit Card).

Ordered the book on the Saturday night, got the book at my doorstep in Jaipur on Wednesday afternoon.

One pain area!
The box in which the book came was dinged from one side, which caused a twisted corner on the book.

Exceptional! Each and every page was printed with perfect colors & tones. The quality of paper was at par with some of the books that I have got printed from Top US Photobook printers. Paper crops were very good, and the so were the inlays. Overall the quality of the photobook was very good.

As I mentioned above that my photobook had a twisted corner due to poor packing/shipping, I complained regarding the same using their online help. I was given with a ticket number for my complaint and the website stated that I would receive a reply withing 24 hours.
I got the reply from one of the associates at Zoomin after approx 40 hours. Not so good when compared with the promise of 24 hours turn around, however the reply was professionally drafted and it was not one of those automated canned response. The associate requested me to send a snapshot of the book, which I sent in about 3 hours.
Within 12 hours of my response, I received the reply from Zoomin stating that they have passed on the feedback to the relevent dept. They assured me that this misake would not be repeated again in future and also sent me a reprint of my book at no additional charges.
The replacement book was again received in less than 3 days, and was in a perefct condition.
Big thumbs up to the entire Zoomin team for the effort spent in retaining a customtakeouter.
My overall experience with Zoomin was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
