I have ordered for 5 Chai Mug on 2nd Jan, since then after waiting for 1 week, I am trying to get in contact with them through their suport system, only first time they replied and after that they are simply closing my requests.
They don’t even have any contact phone numbers to call them. Today its 19th Jan, Still no updates only I got one Tracking number that too not delivered till now.
I asked them for refund, but that also they did not responded till now. I dont understand, how these companies are running their business, I felt cheated now. Does anyone knows where I can give a complaint against them?
