1. I ordered DSLR Camera on 12th of September 2012 after reading mouth shut review and chat with one of very good sales guy (Shavez) of Zoomin,
He assured me delivery on 14 and as per his promise I got my camera.
When I received my camera one thing was looking cheap that was camera bag , It is not CANON original bag I tried to contact customer care and they told me to log complain that I did on Sep 14 17:41 .
The bag what ever I got from them in that stitches ware broken from two places and it was not original so, I have given photo of original bag which canon provides generally as my friends got it from canon dealer.
After that I got replay on 17th Sept that provide your bag photo which you got from us (As they don’t know what they are sending in seeping) I thought CC department will be different so I provided with red circle where stitches ware broken on same day. (AS ZOOMIN says customer care work on Saturday but they don’t).
6. Then they have not given any replay suddenly I am getting replay on 20th Sept saying that what ever bag they sent is original (blindly believe it) on bag no ware canon written as well.
then I said ok you are not providing original bag fine, but give me replacement of because it has broken stitches.
Again After two three time calling I got replay on 22nd Sept on phone that we will arrange a pickup on Monday 24th Sept, then today I didn’t got any notification from them so called then they are replaying that we will arrange pickup but you have to do full packing of bag as and over guy will take it from you as earlier they ware saying that you have to just give your bag to pickup guy.
Again after calling them they are saying by tomorrow provide us your bag photo and give fully pack bag our shipping guy will pickup from your home.
So conclusion is that if you have enough time and patient to do all communication and give them understanding how customer care work then only place order on zoomin.com
Customer care is not at all professional, and they are totally cheap rude in communication.
Think before buying.
