I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S3 as a birthday gift which was not delivered by Zoomin.com on time after they committed to ship it in 48 hours. Im still waiting for it without any signs of getting it soon. Their customer care phone lines are down but they have not bothered to inform their customers. I waited like a fool to be heard from their CC on the phone.
They commited to ship the order in 48 hours by email but failed. Their email response was:

Thank you for your recent purchase from the ZoomIn Camera Store.
I have checked our records and can see that we have received your order for a Samsung I9300 Galaxy S III. This order was placed on Sep 13, 2012 and is expected to be shipped out within the next 48 hours of receiving the order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from ZoomIn.

Never order any electronic gadgets from them due to their lackadaisical customer care service. Stick to ordering prints from them and not gadgets.
