I became an instant fan of Zoomin when I got my first customized Flipbook through them about 6 months ago. They offered so much of flexibilty that no Kodak or Konika shop could offer.
Since then I continued printing more through Zoomin. And then the delivery of my new year calendar order got delayed - I took that as one-off case. But my last Flipbook order took 1 month (yes, one month) against their promised delivery schedule of 3-7 days. And that too after raising multiple service tickets and follow-ups in email. During this time the customer service reps were making false promises ("few days" / "next week") and never gave me a convincing reason for such a delay. :-( Painful experience.
Today I am looking for another provider who can offer products like Zoomin as I don’t want to return to them anymore.
Pros: Products on offer, discounts, software / website features
Cons: Insensitive, unprofessional customer service
