The experience with Zoomin has been on of the worst experiences I have had till today. Though their product quality is ok but if you have to struggle so much in order to get the delivery of your product, it makes it the worst online site. Zoomin charges you for shipping but sends the products through indian post(speed post). For my last order, I had to go to the post office to collect my post since postman told that the package was not received at my office’s premises. He never cared to call me so that I could have collected it by my own. Moreover when I requested him to revisit me, he rudely denied it and cut the phone. Now for my current order again it has been delivered to post office in Noida without attempting to deliver it my own address. The consignment is showing delivered but it is not with me. Generally we order such things keeping in mind the special occasions coming but Zoomin pathetic service will ruin all your surprises by not taking delivery seriously.
The worst part of all is the lack of a customer care number at the site which makes it really annoying and frustrating.
I hope they will do something in this regard otherwise they will lose their market to competitors
