This is pathetic. I have placed order twice now. First I placed an order on 21st Feb Under order ID ZIN1-1FIBZF6O later for which when I contact about 10-12 days later, I was informed that something went wrong and I need to replace the order. Also that ticket was closed without my confirmation. Now I placed another order under order ID ZIN1-JB7PYSFI on 3rd March and it shows an error. When I raised a request for that, I received a message from you guys that it is being processed but its been 6 days now and it is still of no use. You guys are good for nothing. You service has gone down from good to ugly I would say. I do not want to go through all this again. Please go ahead and cancel my order and this time I want a REFUND IN MY ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT. I do not intend to ever use your services again and going to blog about this agony I went through as well. But those things come later. Please go ahead and cancel this and REFUND THE MONEY & NOT a coupon.
You guys used to be good. Now the road side pathetic photo studios are better than you guys. Atleast they deliver sooner or later.
Also you guys do not have any customer service number and no matter whatever ticket I raise(i raised 3 for this). One was closed and for other 2 I got same answer even though the questions were different.
