I placed on order for slr bag on 3rd aug which showed delivery time as 1-3 days. Expecting a good service(as with flipkart) i thought the same would reach me by max 9th aug. Still i didnt take any chances and marked a mail that i require the order by 9th as im travelling. On 6th i got a reply from zoomin that theyre trying their best to get it delivered by 9th. Then on 7th i got a call for customer service that theyll dispatch the order on 7th itself and should reach me by 9th.
But when on 8th Aug, I checked my order status on their website it displayed as cancelled. I was confused as on 7th they told me that theyre dispatching the order and also I hadnt received any call/mail regarding cancellation of my order. And for confirmation i spoke to their help center person he told me that the order has been cancelled because the product is out of stock ??????? And he tells me that the cancellation process is still not complete thats why you were not informed.. Damn it. It was on your website that the order has been cancelled...???
After 5 days of mail exchange and telling me that the product has been delivered they tell me that the product is out of stock. Utter nonsense. Above that they dont think that theres any need for informing the customer about cancellation of order. Poor and hopeless is the only comment i have about this site.
Besides this each time before logging in to their site you have to change your password ... Imagine.... ????? Weird.These people should really learn something from flipkart... What they promise is what they deliver.
