Once I have done shopping from zoomshop.in. I have purchased two t shirt and one Lewis jeans. Delivery charges is high over here. Charged me at 80 INR. I got the product on 11th day. Once I have received the product, I am not satisfied. The colour of T-shirt was faded and even the jeans is faded blue. The product which display on website is not exactly looks what it delivers.
I have complain to customer care about this problem and ask for refund. They agree and they has return my product and refund my fund after 40 days. App doesn’t support in IOS. But I suggest to improve its product quality to gain more satisfaction from customer like us.
