Zoook Rocker 2 wireless bluetooth speaker is a decent bluetooth speaker so far I have been using this speaker since from last seven to eight months and I found out that the price we pay for is some what less we get like when I bought it it cost me around Rs. 2000 but it some what get the job done . The biggest problem with this wireless bluetooth speaker is the service center they do not have service center every where they do not have service center in major cities also . The speaker has got some what 10 watt which gives decent sound and yeas the led light is good which works with sound effect . And since using it for seven to eight month once I have to send it to service center through courier service by contacting it through their email . And the best part is they do not provide any customer support number if you have any problem you have to write email and then they will contact you anytime which is worse . The problem I face was my speaker stared giving cracking sound in warranty period only and I have used it only few time like I have not used it very extensively and it took three to four weeks to get my problem fixed and wheni got it then another problem stared while opening and closing the speaker . I mean I was not able to opne and close speaker simple by pressing the button I have struggled a lot with it . Their service is very bad because you can not tell them that now I have got this problem and so they will put blame on you . I would not recommend this Zoook rocker 2 to anyone .
