I usually by from Bigbasket but decided to go for ZopNow for a change after seeing their ad about fresh mangoes on sale. Firstly, the quality of fruits is bad. Secondly the order is not delivered within the time slot given.
I booked an order for delivery between 7 pm & 10 pm on 20th May. It was not delivered.I was then woken up from my sleep by the customer service person at 6.45 am confirming that the delivery could be done between 7am & 10 am . It wasn’t delivered this time too either.
Very poor service compared to Big Basket who have always ensured delivery within the committed slot. Never again with ZopNow.
