My first order of Zopnow went well, all fine.So I gave it another shot.
Big disappointment this time.I ordered on a monday afternoon to receive on the same day between 7-10pm.
No one came, I called to check, they said it was raining heavily and the guy couldnt deliver. No one informed me about that.
I said fine, please deliver tomorrow morning before 9, the agent was polite and I received my order on time.
Problem was they sent a damaged tuna can, I asked to change it they said they will between 10-1. Nothing came, I call again to check the status they say sorry, we will deliver between 1-4, nothing. At the end at night I call they say they are out of stock of that particular product(while on the website they still had), and they can transfer the amount to their fidelity points.I refused, wanted my money back, they said fine, tomorrow morning.
In the morning the guy comes with another damaged can(or maybe the same).
No comment, I asked to change again, and till now im trying to call the customers care service, they are not picking up.
So, I wont recommend Zopnow to anyone now.
