My order was not delivered even one day after my chosen slot. I have ordered through Zopnow since last year. I was very happy till I shifted to a new location. I changed my address and ordered from my new location (3-6 PM slot).
Zopnow delivery guy called me to help with the address and I directed him. However he did not come. Just gave me couple of missed calls. When I called back he did not pick my call. Customer support called me to inform that the products were returned to the warehouse. He asked when they can deliver again.
I requested him to deliver the same day 6-9 PM slot. She informed they will. I got a call again at 7 PM this time from another customer support executive telling me they cannot deliver in 6-9 PM slot. They asked my permission if they can deliver next day 9 AM-12PM slot. I confirmed yes. However it was not delivered during that slot also. Nobody bothered to even give me a call. I wasted my 2 days by being at home. I could have simply gone to the market and get the stuffs.
Wastage of time! Just the opposite of what Zopnow says - They save customers’ time!
