I have been a customer of Zopnow for a while now,
All these days the service was fairly good and I did not have to contact their customer support, I did not know it actually existed!
Last week when I ordered and the order reached me, few items where removed from my order without my consent or prior notice [I had chosen COD option, Luckily!], I thought I deserved an explanation and wrote to them, only to realize I was wasting my time!
They don’t care if the customer is satisfied or not, they don’t care about writing back or even talking to you!
