I purchased an LG airconditioner from Navrang electronics New Delhi last summer 2022 and this year called upon ZOPPER technician for servicing. To my surprise the technician told it’s about not cooling complain that is being logged and he won’t be able to do the cleaning of the AC. Then I spoke to the supervisor and also said the same thing that my AMC includes all repair and replacement however no cleaning is included. And for cleaning its done for a charge for Rs 400.
Then I spoke to my dealer who forced and insisted to buy Zopper AMC and not to go for company provided AMC and he also said sir u need to pay for the cleaning. I was really surprised with the AMC terms and conditions.
Eventually I had to pay Rs 400 for cleaning and the recharge of gas was done since it was under the AMC.
So I will suggest the company AMC covet all aspect and doesn’t fool the customers. However zopper type AMC are encouraged by the dealers to make their commission and later fool the customers by not fully satisfying them.
