Hello freinds, It was a while writing a review this is my orignal experience review on zotezo.com
As in my facebook sponsered ad I see a ad coming that head and shoulder shampoo in 40 % in sale so I order worth of 90 rs . But on ordering the product the cod option was not coming then I call customer care when I try 15 to 20 times then my call was attended and my 10 rs balance was wasted in trying to contact them .
After contacting custoner care they tell in 2 hour cod option will come
But in 24 hours also cod. Option not come then I pay by paytm and the order was succesfull and they said that delivery in 7 bussiness day .
But in 6 bussiness days the mail me that becoz of item out of stock product can’t be delivered and it will be delivered in next 7 days they promised .
But in next 7 days also product also not delivered then I try to contact them by call and mail but after some times they pickup my call and said product is out of stock so cant be delivered so I said why you are making public fool as product was now also showing in your website.
They donot provide my any accurate answer and I said to cancel they said in 72 hours my mobey will be refunded but till now I havent get .
As I learn from this experience that only trust trusted website like amazon.as customer support is also good .
And I will filled complaint on zotezo.com very soon .
