Zotezo.com has launched two new monthly beauty subscription boxes by the names of "Zo Bag" and "Zo Bag Mini" in the month of May 2017. Cost the the "Zo Bag" is 499/- and "Zo Bag Mini" is 199/- . They received all the positive reviews in the month of May, so when they launch there June bags on 1st of June, I immediately placed order for both the bags.
They were promoting that the shipping will start from 8th June. On 5th of June I have received a mail from them stating that their bags are stocked out, so there will be a delay of a weeks time in shipping. After waiting till 15th June, I start writing emails to them, initially they replied and keep asking for two or three days time. But after few mails, they even stopped replying.
Now, today is 1st of July and they will be launching their July month edition but the irony is that I have not even received the last month subscription, inspite of booking it on the very first day of the month, I have not received it yet.
