Oh God, first time ever in my life I have been duped. I paid online 5 days back, I received confirmation.But product still not delivered and they are not replying on mails. Its a fraud website. ZOUK is not real for sure. I have lost my money. I should have checked the reviews before deaking with this new website. Pls help let me know how to complain about them and recover money. And also more people should not become fool by this FAKE website.
Finally product received after 5 days. It was a gift directly sent to my sis in law. She said the product is good. Thank god i have not lost my money. And website seems to be ok ( may be not fraud). But first experience was not good, due to delayed feedabck from company.
