Sharing an UNFULFILLED experience with Zouk!
Here’s what happened, I saw a product, made a purchase and was delivered something absolutely different. I initially requested a refund, I had multiple phone calls and emails trying to explain that I was delivered a different product. Their phone team apparently cannot connect you to the email team, and the email team cannot get on phone calls plus, the post-purchase issues are only managed by the email team. Each email has an SLA of 24 hours, so even if you have replied immediately to their email, you will have to wait for a whole day for their reply. I even offered to bear the return shipment cost and accept Zouk credits to buy anything else on their website but they mentioned, that they don’t have a return/ exchange policy. Its a shame.
A company founded by Disha Singh, claiming to be eco-friendly and made by local artisans, zouk has amazing designs there is no doubt, but how exactly will you function if you decide to dupe your customers. How exactly are you a sustainable company if you are making a customer hold on to a product they didnt ask for and are mentioning will not be used? Where did your values towards environmental sustainability go now?

Help me amplify the message, the product value may be low but the sentiment value and energy spent in trying to explain to them the issue and to be heard is huge. This is the major reason people prefer the e-commerce giants over individual sellers.
