I seriously appreciate you world class customer service for clients. I am not someone who has purchased a great amount from you.. However, I appreciate RAGHU’s call and the way he explained things.. I even took one of your competitors name stating I was unhappy with their service and product - if that was any other common sales guy- the usual things I would have heard is (Yes sir, they are like this sir - that sir - u should not buy from there sir - we give good products sir and stuff.. list goes on with sir)
RAGHU I don’t know if this review will reach you, at least I want to pass on an amazing work you did.. I dont know if you really work there as an employee, I could feel such an ownership and when I took competitors name, you handled it so well.. I was blown out when you did not talk "ill" about your competitor.... You even spoke how online shopping works.. That’s a true sportsmanship in business....
You came across as person who owns or one of the founders of ZOVI - not as an employee - why I say this is because you showed that over the phone:)
