The zivi.coms customer service was worst they not even response to customers.
Next product quality is very poor they show branded on online but they send to customers 2nd quality products.
Delivery time was take long. they target 21 to deliver product was coming to our hand 23rd this is their maintenance.
Website design was very good. and app interface very attractive. that’s the reason to attract customers and they can purchase on site and zivi team was shocked to customers send different items.
This site was only to show some great design to go on but product quality and there maintainence worst.
