I ordered a pair of sports shoes from zovi on the 28th of Jan 2014 [Airway bill no. 70016549573 and was supposed to receive the packet in 4-6 days. 10 days down the line, I am still clueless whether or not i’d be getting it. The company has not even bothered to inform me either over the mail or on my phone about the delay or its causes.
If zovi continues in this fashion, I am sure, it won’t be long before someone drags it to the court.
