I am writing a detailed review because I got no response from the customer so called "delight" team.
I am writing with regards to order no 8Z8QS. I have been patiently waiting close to fifteen days for the product to be delivered. I was informed initially that the product was sent back to the ware house by mistake and that there was a problem.
The delivery date of 5th was pushed to 7th. I got an email from the team informing me that the product would reach by the 13th.
On the 11th, I got a call from the service delivery person who informs me that he is unwilling to walk from the gate of the apartment to inside the apartment to deliver the product. I immediately called the team, they said they will get back, but no response.
On the 12th I again call the team and inform them the whole issue. I was put through to the floor supervisor, I think his name was Rajasekhar (I am not sure on this). He informed me that the issue will be solved and that the product will reach me by the 13th or 14th. This did not happen.
I then went on to call the team on the 16th. They said in one hour they will get back to me.This again did not happen.
I have tried to call the team continuously. After close to twenty calls, I got the confirmation that the money is refunded. No apologies. No explanations.
If this is how they treat customers, I am surprised, how you are able to provide proper service. I would never visit Zovi again and would advise the same to anyone else who is thinking about this website.
