I recently placed my first order for a causal shirt and a sweat shirt. Was quite pleased with the quality of the product. Order was placed on 9th Jan and received it on 17 th Jan. While the products are good their delivery partners are some changu mangu courier company who claim to be ISO certified.
I have been following the link to check status of my delivery and it showed the product having reached on 11th jan to Mumbai. While sweat shirt was sent from Delhi casual shirt was sent from Bangalore. I tried mutiple times the call center of the courier company but kept getting messages "Your call is important and blah blah". Finally on 16th Jan I was lucky to get thru and spoke to a lady. She cross checked my reference number and mentioned it will be delivered tomorrow i.e. 17th and I will inform our office in Bhayander( I stay in Mira road which is hardly 15 min from their office) to do the needful. So basically they were waiting for the customer to call and then they deliver the package. How can any start up company rely on such a lousy courier company to be their delivery partners is really surprising. Zovi should give options to choose a courier company like Himalaya online has or they will risk losing customers.
Since the products are quite good will surely check out more. But it will be really good if Zovi change their delivery partners or provide more options.
