I ordered pair of socks few days back on Zovi and got it shipped within 2hours and it reached me within 2 working days! I was the wonderful experience, till now I had never gotten my product shipped to me within 2 working days from any other DotCom Company! When I received the product, it was so nicely packed that once I thought not to open it as it would destroy the packing!! I really appreciate the packaging from the Zovi. Then I mustered courage and opened the package, OMG! socks were so soft (cotton) with beautiful design! Then I wore the socks very next day, they are very much comfortable.
Few words about website and customer care. It is nicely designed and easy to navigate. One can see the complete detail of the product very easily. I got call from the customer care after getting my product and person on the other side of phone talked in the nice and jovial manner. I liked the care!
Overall, shopping with Zovi was wonderful experience!
