Zovi is a brand where you get both good average and cheap clothes. I having shopping zovi for quite a time until the team cheated my and didn’t refund my money even after cancellation of the order. I had for some t shirts and a casual pant but I had to cancel the order due to some unavoidable causes and I did cancel the order for which I had already payed through net banking. The amount was Rs1366/-. after some time I got an email that the order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded within 7 business days into my bank account. So 7 days passed away and when I tried to open the website to know the status. The page read "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WE ARE SHIFTING OUR GODOWNS WILL BE BACK SOON. THANK YOU!". So I e mailed to them regarding the issue. and as usual I received an email from the automated mail server that a ticket has been generated. And after that I didn’t get any reply from them I even tried calling them on both the given numbers 9243777000 and 07676227878 but both these numbers are not working. It’s been 6 months but still the order cancellation page shows that the REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED but I haven’t got any refund from their end In the beginning the service was good but now they have started cheating so friends beware of this website.

Delivery Time - It some times takes 5 business day to deliver and sometimes it take more than 10 days to deliver depending upon your location of shipping.
App & Websites - They work fine no problem with them, The appearance is also good.
Reliability - I had a good opinion about Zovi but after the incident mentioned above I am really upset and I won’t rely on a website which cheats it’s customers.
