Here is my Experience! I had many transactions with you since you born.:) But this time I am really irritated for your Damn horrible TnC .
Few days back, I got a Zovi Coupon worth Rs.200(No Minimum Purchase) in my inbox. I was quite excited that time. Though since last few months you are trying to give Virtual Offers like "Increasing the MRP and then giving discount in the name of 20% off, 30% off and moreover Paytm Offer", still I had no issue till date.
But today when I ordered "7GN54" using the specific coupon mentioned above, it became the worst experience with any online store till date with me. I ordered the same and cancelled it after 5 minute just because I wanted to buy a different item. But after cancellation, the big problem started. When I RETRY with the cancelled Coupon, it didn’t work!
Then I called your support team, they told me that Once you use a coupon you can’t reuse it even if You cancel the Order! What the hell are you talking about? If I cancel an Order, How the Coupon is being used? Its horrible! Then, still I ask her to RollBack the Order i.e. please send me the Order, but she denied and said "Once you cancel an Order it can’t be Roll back"! How much justified is this!
In Every other reputed site like "Flipkart", "Jabong" or Even "Tradus" are having at least "Roll Back" Option. Why You don’t have?
Even once Tradus had gifted me Rs.100 bonus as a Voucher for their mistake in the Delivery. They are Trying hard to make their Customer delight. But your so called "Customer Delight Team" is trying to harass us by giving CHEAPTermsNConditions!
Rather she told me that "You should know the TnC before you cancel any Order"! May I know where is the TnC in your site! or did you send me the TnC in my mail along with the Coupon. There was only one TnC that "You can use it before 23rd November" and thats it.
No-a-days, zovi is getting Dirty and Playing cheap games with its customers.
I want the Coupon back in my account at the earliest or else please Refund my amount at the earliest, so that I can use my money in other Better Online stores. And lets finish this Relationship Now.

Now, I am still confused when the Coupon get used!
Its horrible.
Before 1 year, Zovi had no Shirt costing more than Rs.600, No T-shirt costing more than Rs.300 and TODAY, it has hardly any good shirt within Rs.600 and any Jeans within Rs.600.
Probably they are perceiving their selves as a Brand Outlet. Even in Every Big online store you can get a Branded Shirt within Rs.600 - Rs.1000 using there Offers and Coupons. For Example I Purchased 2 Pepe Jeans Casual Shirts and one Trigger Jeans in Rs.1988 from Flipkart. Even Now, Flipkart is giving away 25% extra Off over and above all offers if you purchase 3 items in a single Bill. Similarly, Jabong is Giving 30, 31, 32 or 33% off every day on purchase of Branded Apparels worth Rs.1500+ over and above all Offers.
So, why a customer will buy anything from Zovi if he can buy a Branded Apparel from any other Reputed Site in the Same Price Range!
Moreover, in Zovi there are Extremely less numbers of options available! To add this, the Quality of Product is Not good. Its a 50-50 deal i.e. from my Experience, I had bought 4 shirts from Zovi, out of which I will rate 1 as best another as Medium and the rest 2 are of Poor quality.
Again there is another Good Online Store i.e. "Basics Life", it has really Good Material and most importantly the DESIGN. I am sure you will definitely buy one if you just Browse their designs. There are Hundreds or Thousands of DESIGNs in every section and you will be astonished to browse them. The MRP may be high, but don’t worry "there is always Coupons like Rs.500 off on Rs.1250+" and all.
So, its time to change Zovi or else it will not survive.
