Zovi shipped my order within 48 hours and the quality of Jacket was much better than my expectation. Within a short period of 25 days I lifted 5 more orders from Zovi and I am still fully satisfied with the quality, price and service of Zovi. Below is my honest opinion about Zovi.com on the basis of my dealing with Zovi:

Variety and Stock Availability: Small
Return/Exchange pickup service from customer premises: Good
Note: Since Zovi.com ask customs to fill card details at their own secured page instead of banker gateway so I always selected payment mode COD as I don’t wish to give my card details on merchant secured page.
No doubt as on today Zovi.com is a small company as compared to other well settled players in the field of on-line sales but I sincerely suggest to Zovi... keep it up... so for well done. It is our moral duty to encourage fair business practice companies for a better India.
