These are the few pros and cons of shopping from ZOVI. I have shopped only once and I keep visiting their website as I have subscribed to their news letters.

Good response through email and their personnel will call you and let you know if there is any problem with the refund through your bank as it was in my case. I had done some mistakes while furnishing the details.

The clothes target the young and happening and does not cater much to 30 something mothers like me.
The size can be a problem. This is the first time I have ever returned the clothes I have bought through online shopping. Generally, I get proper fitting clothes.
I found the difference in the colour and material shown in the website. I know, that is usually the case in online shopping due to the lighting and photography etc. I felt that the difference was too much in this case.I thought I was buying a sober green shirt and when delivered it was a fluorescent green in colour and a very transparent material. The sleeves wouldn’t fit well. The other top was too loose. I was ready to exchange with other tops but they said that the exchange was possible only for the other size and not other products. Instead the money would be refunded through my bank account.
The refund will take time, so have some patience. I got the money back after few days.
The call center is difficult to get, so be prepared to try again and again.
The final verdict. I felt I was putting in a lot of effort to shop. I hope they improve their product display and give accurate measurements. I hope they also come out with more variety of clothes. Make return and exchange more hassle free. Give the option for exchanging to other products or refund.
