For the first i’m spending my time to write a brief review on any online purchase/online shopping website as, i’m more than 100% satisfied for the first time(in last 3 years and numerous purchases) on my apparel purchase from Zovi. The thing we look forward in case of online purchase is that, we should get just the same we see on screen at the time of booking & paying. I have been cheated in case of purchases from some freak websites. And I love to say, Zovi ain’t one of them. I got exactly as what I have seen in the website and booked it in Zovi. Reliability and smooth service are things what we look for in case of online services when we do have no time to purchase things from stores. Zovi proved to be really good in terms of services with quality products as least one of few rare online shopping websites which makes me keep faith on online purchase.

Sharp delivery
Good after sale service(return & all)
Nice packaging
Cons of ZOVI:
Lack of variety of some products e.g. Wallets, clutches, belts, ladies hand bags, no ties
Delivery charges below Rs.500(It should be less than 300 at least)
Booking time span ain’t 24*7(once I got to book @ 12 am & I faced issues)
Adding few more types of products and bringing more variety on sale will add more plus points in the kitty of Zovi. I would like to continue my shopping from the site and believe to see lots of new materials in future.
