Froud transaction done from tellecalling team of K

On 31st Jan evening I received a call from KGI tellecalling department for offering me some policies after disconnecting the call I received message from kotak of transaction activation of 2 policies without my confirmation


On 1st Feb 2019 I had mailed at care@kotak.com and their customer care no


My compain number was registered but till date no revert received from them


Whenever I call customer care every time they said your compaint is registered and we mailed you as well but NO mail received from them
